Provincetown, Like Nowhere Else!

Provincetown is located at the very tip of Cape Cod and has a prominent place in American History dating back to the Pilgrims' First Landing in 1620 and signing the Mayflower Compact in what is known today as Provicetown Bay. Today, Provincetown is alive with an Artistic and Cosmopolitan Community celebrating its diversity and cultural sophistication every day of the Year. Provincetown has won numerous awards as a premiere destination for GLBT visitors and continues it's long history of welcoming all people.

Provincetown is a 'No Place For Hate' Community

Cape Cod National Seashore Park

In 1961, President Kennedy created the Cape Cod National Seashore and in doing so ensured that three-quarters of Provincetown would be preserved in its wilderness state as part of the Cape Cod National Seashore Park.  Two of the best beaches in America, Herring Cove Beach and Race Point, are located within the CCNS along with miles of bicycle trails.
